Living on the street can make it practically impossible to keep one’s feet dry in the rainy winter months, which can result the skin breaking down and peeling away, bacterial infections, blisters and other painful conditions. “Most of the issues are preventable,” said Raquel Molina, who has been a foot care nurse with Manna Homeless Society for approximately five years.
